コマンドプロンプトのget
ftpのサブコマンドとしてgetコマンドがあります。
getコマンドはftpサーバにあるファイルをローカルにコピーするコマンドです。
使用方法は

get ftpサーバ側ファイル名 ローカルファイル名
というように実行します。ftpサーバ側のファイル名をそのままローカルファイル名としたい場合は、第二引数は省略できます。

get a.html
というように実行した場合、ftpサーバのa.htmlを、そのままの名前でローカルにコピーします。

第二引数はサーバ側と異なる名前でローカルにコピーしたい場合に指定します。
getコマンドはrecvコマンドと同じです。
