Windowsの「送る」メニューに追加する
エクセルファイルなどを右クリックすると、ポップアップメニューに「送る」というメニューがありますが、このメニューにデフォルトで入ってないものを追加したい場合は、「C:\Documents and Settings」配下のユーザ名配下に「SendTo」というフォルダがありますので、その配下にメニューに表示させたいEXEのショートカットを置くだけで「送る」メニューに追加されます。
下図では「送る」メニューに「gvim」を追加しています。
