Windows版wgetコマンド
Windows版wgetコマンドがあります。
まず、コマンドプロンプトからwgetコマンドを実行できるようにこちらから

・Binaries
・Dependencies
のzipファイルをダウンロードしてください。Dependenciesを解凍すると、dllファイルがあるのでそのファイルを、Binariesのbinの中にコピーします。
これでwgetコマンドが使えるようになります。どこのディレクトリからも実行できるようにしたい場合はパスを通してください。
使い方は以下の通りです。

wget <URL>
wgetコマンドにurlを指定するだけです。オプションは以下の通りです。再帰的に取得したい場合は-rをurlのあとにつけます。

階層制限（デフォルト5）
-r再帰
-A画像（jpg,jpeg,gif）
-P パス保存 "C:¥save¥"
-l 階層
