改行コードが入った空ファイルを利用する

改行コードが入った空ファイルを利用して、入力待ち状態をスキップすることができます。
例えば、timeコマンドを実行すると入力待ちになりますが、空ファイルをリダイレクトすることで入力待ち状態をスキップすることができます。
aというファイルが改行コードのみの空ファイルです。

C:¥>time < a
現在の時刻: 16:38:14.70
新しい時刻を入力してください:

C:¥>

findコマンドと併用して現在時刻だけを表示することも可能です。

C:¥>time < a | find  "現在"
現在の時刻: 12:40:52.36
